Is the HRT F1 team for sale again?

Diaro AS, the Spanish Sports newspaper, are reporting that Thesan Capital the Fund which owns the HRT F1 team are currently holding talks with several groups interested in buying the team (Link tweeted by @GrandPrixDiary).

The report that the fund hopes to close the sale over the coming weeks to allow the team to move forward.

The story appears just before the US Grand Prix weekend in Austin, Texas, which will be well attended by Mexican fans supporting Sergio Perez and the Sauber Team which is only interesting in that Carlos Slim was rumoured to be interested in buying the HRT F1 Team back in February this year as the team moved its HQ to 11,000 sq m of the Caja Mágica park in Madrid.

The report, at that time, in the German newspaper Die Welt, said that the owners were looking to offload the team due to the departure of Colin Kolles and many of the team employees.

The team seem to have been in constant flux since their first incarnation as Campos F1 with numerous rumours circulating about future changes in ownership.

Any number of possible owners have been touted over the years, from the owners of the A1 GP series in 2009, to F1 hopefuls Stefan GP in 2010, Talks of a Toyota partnership in 2011 and finally in July of 2011 the Thesan Capital takeover.
