World Championships Minus Bahrain

Treating the Bahrain GP as a non-championship event due to my personal opinion that the race should not have been held, the following tables show the Driver's and Constructor's points tables after Suzuka

Alonso leads Vettel by 23 points after an accident on the first corner took the Ferrari out of the race and allowed Vettel to cruise home without any pressure.  Lewis Hamilton begins to fall back, being 40 points behind the leader after only managing 5th at Suzuka.

In the Constructor's Championship extend their lead to 24 over McLaren but Felipe's second place finish keeps Ferrari in the mix, only 31 points behind the leaders.

Lotus breaks the 200 points barrier, while Sauber makes inroads on Mercedes, putting their 5th place under pressure.

Nico Hulkenburg, finishing the season strongly for Force India, extends their lead over Williams to 15 points.  Williams will rue Pastor's non-finishes from good positions earlier in the year if they can't overhaul the Force India Team.
